William Preston Burch

William Preston was born on April 8th, 1846 in Randolph Co., North Carolina. William Preston's father was John Sebrey Burch and his mother was Lucy Harrison Waddill. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Thomas Burch and Susannah Jackson; his maternal grandparents were Matthew Waddill and Elizabeth Marshall. He had a brother named John Marshall. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 80 in 1926 in Aiken Co., South Carolina.
