Mary was born on March 18th, 1688.  Mary's father was Thomas Buford and her mother was Mary Warren?? Earle.  Her paternal grandparents were John Buford and Elizabeth Parrott; her maternal grandparents were John "the Immigrant" Earle and <Unknown>. She had two brothers named Thomas Beauford and Henry.  She is the youngest of the three children.
