Charles Key Bruce

Charles Key was born in 1764 in MD. Charles Key's father was Col Normand Bruce and his mother was Susannah Gardiner Key. His paternal grandparents were Charles Bruce and Helen McClelland; his maternal grandparents were Philip Immigrant Key and Susannah Barton Gardiner Gardner. He had a brother and a sister, named Upton Scott and Elizabeth Key. He was the second oldest of the three children.
