Philip Briscoe

Philip was born about 1719. Philip's father was Capt John Briscoe Gent and his mother was Eleanor Williamson. His paternal grandparents were Philip Briscoe Sr and Susannah Swan; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Williamson and Judith Goldsmith. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Mary. He was the youngest of the three children. He died about 1778.
