William Bowen (Ap Owen)

William was born about 1742 in Fincastle County, (afterwards Augusta County). William's father is John Bowen and his mother is Lilly McIlhaney. His paternal grandfather was Moses Bowen and his paternal grandmother is Rebecca Reece. He was an only child. He died on December 15th, 1804.
