America Elizabeth was born on December 8th, 1848 in Pt. Pleasant, Mason Co., VA.  America Elizabeth's father was Peachy Gilmer Gilmore Boswell and her mother was Caroline McDaniel.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas B Bozzel Boswell and Mary Wood. She had two brothers named William Reed and Ellis Green.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 77 on December 16th, 1925 in Wayne Co., IA.
