Marshall Blevins

Marshall was born in 1844 in Ashe Co, NC. Marshall's father was Elisha Blevins II and his mother was Elizabeth Cox. His paternal grandparents were Elisha Blevins and Rachel Osborn (Cherokee poss). He had a brother named Elisha. He was the older of the two children.
