William of Philadelphia was born on April 8th, 1752 in Philadelphia, PA.  William of Philadelphia's father was William Bingham and his mother was Mary Stamper.  His maternal grandparents were Mayor John bought from PENN BROS Stamper II and Hannah. He had a brother and a sister, named Bingham and Hannah.  He died at the age of 51 on February 7th, 1804 in Bath, England.
