John was born in 1707.  John's father is Richard Beeson and his mother is Charity Grubb.  His paternal grandparents are Edward Beeson and Rachel Pennington; his maternal grandparents were John Grubb and Frances Vane. He had two sisters named Charity and Rachel.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 40 in 1747.
