Pierre was born on July 20th, 1775 in Saint-Servan,ile et vilaine and his christening took place there on July 21st, 1775.  His godfather was Pierre  DURAND and his godmother was Francoise GIRONDEL.  Pierre's father was François GIRONDEL and his mother was Magdelaine DURAND.  His maternal grandparents were Joseph DURAND and Magdeleine BASSET.  He was an only child.  He died after May 1844.
