Alphonse was born on October 2nd, 1807 in Saint-jean-De-La-Neuville, France. Alphonse's father was Guillaume Augustin AUBIN and his mother was Rose Marguerite FEUILLOLEY.  His paternal grandparents were Nicolas Romain AUBIN and Marie Jeanne LESUEUR; his maternal grandparents were Pierre Jacques, Jean-Baptiste FEUILLOLEY and Marie //Anne TETTEREL. He had a brother and a sister, named Guillaume and Joséphine.  He was the second oldest of the three children.
