Franz Stiassny

Franz was born on October 13th, 1902 in Brno (Bruenn), Moravia, Czechoslovakia.  Franz's father was Siegmund Stiassny and his mother was Marie Schostal.  His paternal grandparents were Bernhard Stiassny and Josepha Huberova. He had a brother and a sister, named Ernst and Elly.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 90 on November 15th, 1992.

‌Franz and Kaete were married in a religious ceremony on September 17th, 1927.  They had three sons and a daughter, named Gad, Shim'on, Ezra and Rachel.
