Julia Ann was born on January 19th, 1949 in Jacksonville, Illinois.  Julia Ann's father was Dwight Vernon Baker and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Allen.  Her paternal grandparents are Vernon Baker and Cora Ausmus; her maternal grandparents were Julius E. Allen and Dora Agnes Conlee. She had a brother and a sister, named Paul E and Sharon Lee.  She is the youngest of the three children.

‌Julia Ann and Brent Lane were married in a religious ceremony on August 17th, 1972 in Honolulu, Hawaii.  They have a son and a daughter, named Ian Lane and Erin Lynn.
