Jack Hiroshi Oka

Jack Hiroshi was born on April 28th, 1916.  Jack Hiroshi's father was Tatsuzo Oka and his mother was Koo Terawaki.  His paternal grandparents are Shiusuke Oka and Katsu Kami; his maternal grandparents are Shigezo Terawaki and Yuki Terawaki. He had a brother and two sisters, named Samual Tatsuo, Chiyoko and Alice Mitsuyo.  He was the second youngest of the four children. He had a half-sister named Katsue.  He died at the age of 90 on June 15th, 2006.
