RICHARD was born in 1663 in Saint George Parish, Baltimore, Maryland, United States.1 RICHARD's father was WILLIAM Simpson I and his mother was ELIZABETH Preble. His paternal grandfather was RICHARD Simpson and his paternal grandmother is ELIZABETH; his maternal grandparents were ABRAHAM Preble Sr. and JUDITH Tilden. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, John, James, Mary, Hannah, Sarah and Ann. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 48 on June 6th, 1711 in St Georges Parish, Baltimore, Maryland, USA.-
