WILLIAM I was born in 1700 in Virginia, Colony. WILLIAM I's father is SAMUEL Pepper and his mother was KATHERINE Amelia Conner. His paternal grandfather is THOMAS II Pepper and his paternal grandmother was FRANCES Green; his maternal grandparents were LEWIS Conner and ELIZABETH Daines. He was an only child. He died at the age of 58 in 1758.-
