Dean Rev. Thomas was born in 1566 in Studley, Conyers, Yorkshire, England and his baptism took place in Studely, Chester, Cheshire Co, England.  Dean Rev. Thomas' father was Sir William Mallory II and his mother was Ursula Gayle(Gale).  His paternal grandparents were Sir William Mallory I and Joan(Jane) Norton; his maternal grandparents were Sir George Gayle(Gale) and Mary Lord. He had ten brothers and five sisters, named Charles, John, Willliam, George, Christopher, Robert, Peter, Francis, Julian, Rafe(Ralph), Jane, Dorothy, Anne, Eleanor and Elizabeth.  He was the eighth youngest of the sixteen children.  He died at the age of 78 on April 3rd, 1644 in Studely, Chester, Cheshire Co, England.  He was buried in Studely, Chester, Cheshire Co, England.

‌Dean Rev. Thomas and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony in 1604 in Chester, Cheshire Co, England.  They had eight sons and five daughters, named Thomas, William, Richard, Phillip, John, Avery, George, Everard(Edward), Elizabeth, Mary, Martha "Katherine", Jane and Frances.
