William MackGehee 
William was born about 1689 in Caroline Co, Va. William's father was Thomas MacGehee or MackGahye and his mother was Anne Baytop. His paternal grandparents were Major William MackGahye and Mary....; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Baytop I and Hannah Alexander. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Abraham, Edward, Samuel, Jacob, Anna, Diannah, Mary and Sarah. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died on December 9th, 1748 in Hanover Co, Va.
