Elizabeth Leftwich 
Elizabeth was born on March 26th, 1778 in Bedford Co, Va. Elizabeth's father was Col. Thomas Leftwich and her mother was Bethunia Ellis. Her paternal grandparents were Augustine Leftwich I and Mary Moxley; her maternal grandparents were Charles Ellis and Susannah Harding. She had two brothers and two sisters, named James, "White Head", Charlotte and Susannah. She was the youngest of the five children. She had six half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Thomas, John, Augustine, Alexander, Joel, Thomas, Sarah"Sally", Nancy, Mary"Polly", Emelia (Amelia), Lucy, Sophia, Catherine Green and Jane "Gincey". She died at the age of 37 in 1815 in Bedford Co, Va. She was buried in Bedford Co, Va.-
