David Howell Jr 
David was born in 1780 in Goose Creek, Bedford Co, Va. David's father was David Howell Sr. and his mother was Rebecka Dixon. His maternal grandparents were John Dixon and Mary Arthur. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Stephen B., William Pleasant, Thomas, Moses, Martha "Patsy", Amelia, Rebecca and Frances "Fannie". He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 71 on April 13th, 1851 in Floyd Co, Kentucky. He was buried in Floyd Co, Kentucky.General Notes
