Floris van Voorne

Floris was born in 1234 in Oostvoorne, Zuid Holland, Netherlands.¹ Floris' father was Hendrik Heer van Voorne and his mother was Catherine de Cysoing. His paternal grandparents were Dirk van Voorne and Alveradis van Cuijck; his maternal grandparents were Jean de Cysoing and Maria. He had two brothers and a sister, named Dirk, Albert and Hillegonda. He was the second oldest of the four children.
