Countess Adelheid of Sayn

Adelheid was born in 1180 in Sayn, Rheinland, Prussia.¹ Adelheid's father was Count Heinrich of Sayn II and her mother was Agnes von Saffenberg. Her paternal grandparents were Count Eberhard of Sayn I and <Unknown>. She had a sister named Agnes. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 83 in December 1263.¹
