Henry (The Old) of Luxemburg III

Henry, known as The Old, was born in 1140.¹ The Old's father was Duke Henry of Limburg II and his mother was Matilda of Saffenburg. His paternal grandparents were Duke Valeran (Paganus) of Limburg III and Judith de Wassemberg; his maternal grandparents were Adolf of Saffenburg and Margareta von Schwarzenburg. He had a half-sister named Margaret. He died at the age of 81 on June 21st, 1221.¹
