Princess Goda of England (Godgifu) 
Goda was born in 1004 in Wessex, England.1 Goda's father was King Ethelred (The Unready) of England II and her mother was Emma Normandy. Her paternal grandparents were Edgar (The Peaceful) of England and Aelfrthryth of Devon; her maternal grandparents were Duke of Normandy Richard (San Peur, The Fearless) Normandy I and Gonnor de Crepon. She had two brothers named Eldred and Alfred. She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Ironside, Ecgfrida and Aelfgifu. She died at the age of 51 in 1055 in England.1 General Notes
