Haramket's father was Shabaka of Kush and his mother was Qalhata of Kush.  His paternal grandparents were King of Kush and South Egypte Maatre Kashte of Kush and Pebtjma of Kush; his maternal grandparents were Piankhi of Kush II and Aqualqa of Kush.  He was an only child.  He died in 690 BC.1
