Count Hugo of Eberstein 
Hugo was born in 1077 in Eberstein, Baden, Germany.1 Hugo's father was Count Bertold of Eberstein II and his mother was Countess Adelheid of Eberstien. His paternal grandparents were Count Bertoldus of Eberstein I and <Unknown>. He had two brothers named Bertold and Eberhard. He was the youngest of the three children.
