Alice was born in 1295 in Kinderton, England. Alice's father was Baron of Kinderton Hugh de Venables and her mother was Agatha de Vernon. Her paternal grandparents were William de Venables and Margaret de Dutton. She had two sisters named Elizabeth and Rose. She was the second oldest of the three children.-
