Richard de Radclyffe 
Richard was born in 1239 in Radcliffe, Lancashire, England.1 Richard's father was Robert de Radclyffe and his mother was Amibil de Trafford. His paternal grandparents were Adam de Radclyffe and Alice de Curwen; his maternal grandparents were Richard de Trafford and <Unknown>. He had two brothers named Roger and Adam. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 87 in 1326 in Radcliffe Tower, Lancashire, England.1 General Notes
He was a gallant soldier of the Scottish wars and was given many honors by King Edward I.
