William de Greystoke 
William was born in 1140 in Grimesthorpe, Lincolnshire, England.1 William's father was Walter Fitzvio de Greystoke and his mother was Beatrice de Folketon. His paternal grandparents were Ivo Fitzforne de Greystoke and Agnes Fitzforne. He had four brothers and a sister, named Ralph, Robert, Adam, Henry and Alice. He was the second youngest of the six children.-
