Robert was born in 1390 in Stirlingshire, Scotland.1   Robert's father was William de Forsyth and his mother was <Unknown>.  His paternal grandparents were John de Forsyth and <Unknown>.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 39 in 1429 in Scotland.1
