Gundreda de Ferrers 
Gundreda was born in 1072 in Darley, Derbyshire, England.1 Gundreda's father was Henry de Ferrers and her mother was Bertha de l' Aigle. Her paternal grandparents were Walchelin de Ferrers and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Engenulph de l' Aigle and Richeride. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert, William, Engenulf, Amice and Emmeline. She was the youngest of the six children.-
