Sir John de Carew Lord of Moulsford 
John was born in 1283 in Moulsford, Berkshire, England.1 John's father was Sir Nicholas de Carew and his mother was Amicia Peverell. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas de Carew and Avice de Tuite; his maternal grandparents were Sir Hugh Peverell and Isabel FitzWilliam de Mohun. He had four brothers and a sister, named Thomas, William, David, Nicholas and Beatrice. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 41 on June 27th, 1324 in Carew Castle, Pembrokeshire, Wales.2 -
