Richard de Berkeley

Richard was born in 1468 in Stoke Gifford, Gloucestershire, England.¹ Richard's father was Sheriff of Gloucester William de Berkeley and his mother was Anne de Stafford. His paternal grandparents were Maurice de Berkeley VII and Ellen de Montfort. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Katherine. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 46 in 1514 in Stoke Gifford, Gloucestershire, England.¹
