Frances Shackleford was born on October 11th, 1774 in Culpepper, Virginia, USA.1 Frances Shackleford's father was William Wright and her mother was Susanna Threlkeld. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Threlkeld and Mary Hinson. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named John, Willis, Joseph, Henry Threlkeld, William, Keziah, Asa S, Rosamond, Bathesheba, Nancy, Isbel Elizabeth, Keziah and Lucy. She was the oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 88 on August 13th, 1863 in Clark, Kentucky, USA.1 -
