Burnice 'Bunnie' Richard was born on June 29th, 1898 in Person Co, NC. Burnice 'Bunnie' Richard's father was William Samuel Wilson and his mother was Nanny Florence Painter. His maternal grandparents were Richard Gilliam Painter and Elizabeth J. 'Betty' Rhew. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Willie Thomas, Ernest Wright, Luther Thomas, William Samuel 'Dub', Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Lucille, Rosa Ellen, Ethel May, Nannie Florence, Lottie Alice and Hazel Raye. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 87 on February 16th, 1986 in Person Co, NC. He was buried in Surl Primitive Baptist Church, Person Co, NC.General Notes
