John Wilkinson III 
John was born in 1676 in Charles City Co, Va. John's father was John Wilkinson II and his mother was Sarah Royall. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Royall II and Katherine Banks. He had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph, William Stith, Richard and Ruth. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died about 1740 in Henrico Co, Va.
