Charles Marvin Watts 
Charles Marvin was born in March 1869 in Shallotte, Brunswick Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Charles Marvin's father was John M. Watts and his mother was Malinda 'Linda' E. Proctor. His maternal grandparents were Oswell Kinion Proctor and Sarah Jane Barbee. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Kendol, Enell L., John R., Kate E., Sally R., Minnie and Etta Proctor. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 99 in 1968.General Notes
