Laura Waters 
Laura was born in 1862 in Maryland.1 Laura's father was Zachariah Maccubbin Waters and her mother was Sarah Virginia Magruder. Her paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Magruder Waters and Achsah Dorsey. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Edwin, James, Zacheriah M., Mary E. and Achsah. She was the third oldest of the six children.General Notes
