Cyntha Warren 
Cyntha was born in 1852.1 Cyntha's father was William Patrick Warren and her mother was Rachel Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents were William (Squire) Skaggs and Mary (Polly) Pierce. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named Paschal C, Paschal C., Mitchell, William S, Lewis, Lewis, Joseph Patrick, Daniel, Daniel, Elizabeth, Polly and Nancy J.
