Bertie Perkins Waddle 
Bertie Perkins was born on April 24th, 1909 in Ferguson, Pulaski County, Kentucky. Bertie Perkins' father was Odolphus Ham ( Dault) Waddle and her mother was Sarah E. (Sallie) Mills. Her maternal grandparents were Tunstall Elliot (Tun) Mills and Mary Belle Colyer. She had three sisters named Edith, Helen and Geneva. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 79 on February 25th, 1989 in Ludlow, Kentucky.General Notes
