William Payne WALLINGFORD 
William Payne was born on March 1st, 1820 in Mason Co., Kentucky.1 William Payne's father was John WALLINGFORD and his mother was Prudence WILLETT. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas WALLINGFORD and Alice HAYES; his maternal grandparents were Charles Cawood WILLETT and Martha Elliot WALLINGFORD. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Joseph, Alexander, Daniel Perry, Sarah, Clarissa, Nancy Ann, Mary Ann, Chloe Ann and Elizabeth Moss. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 54 on February 4th, 1875 in Missouri.1 -
