James Monroe WALLINGFORD 
James Monroe was born on March 23rd, 1858 in Texas.1 James Monroe's father was Thomas Ginn WALLINGFORD and his mother was Eveline DEBELL. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas WALLINGFORD and Mary GUINN. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Henry M., Robert Thomas, Mary Catherine, Maria Bell, Martha Clark, Eliza Owens, Annie Debelle and Eveline Debelle. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Alvin Monroe, John Pinckney and Minnie Doucey. He died at the age of 9 on November 5th, 1867 in Texas.1 -
