Amanda WALLINGFORD 
Amanda was born on June 18th, 1808 in Maysville, Mason Co., Kentucky.1 Amanda's father was Joseph WALLINGFORD and her mother was Jane THORNTON. Her paternal grandparents were Nicholas WALLINGFORD and Alice HAYES. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, William Thornton, Samuel David, Eliza, Mary and Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had four half-brothers named Hiram, Miles, James Markus and William. She died at the age of 79 on August 1st, 1887 in Hartford, Ohio Co., Indiana.1 -
