William C. Underwood 
William C. was born on December 26th, 1810 in Green Co., KY. William C.'s father was Hiram Underwood and his mother was Celia Buley. His paternal grandparents were James Underwood and Keziah Powell Ogden. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Thomas E., Calloway, Anderson, Mason, Lafayette, Green Berry, Hiram, Nancy Jennie, Jane, Celia and Mary Jane. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 70 on September 18th, 1881 in Taylor Co., KY.1 -
