Sarah Ann Underwood

Sarah Ann was born in 1837 in Green Co., Kentucky.¹ Sarah Ann's father was Younger Richard Underwood and her mother was Elizabeth Milby. Her paternal grandparents were Caleb Underwood and Elizabeth Wardrum. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Bluford, Younger Richard,Jr., John D., William H., Mary Ann, Lucinda, Parthena, Rebecca Jane and Nancy E.. She was the second oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 17 on November 1st, 1854 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.¹
