Maurice Thompson

Maurice was born before 1600 in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, England.¹   Maurice's father was Ralph Thompson and his mother was Elizabeth Marsnett.  His paternal grandparents were Maurice Thompson and Katherine Harvay. He had five brothers and two sisters, named George, Paul, Richard, William, Robert, Mary and Elizabeth.  He was the second oldest of the eight children.
