Elizabeth was born in 1483 in Gawthorpe, Yorkshire, England.1 Elizabeth's father was William XI Gascoigne and her mother was Margaret (Margery) Percy. Her paternal grandparents were William XI Gascoigne and Joan Neville. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named William XII, John, Thomas, Margaret, Agnes, Dorothy, Elinor, Anne, Joan, Maude and Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 76 in 1559 in Kyme, Lincolnshire, England. She was buried in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.1 1 -
