Thomas Stewart 
Thomas was born in 1330 in Angusshire, Scotland.1 Thomas' father was 1st Earl of Angus John Stewart and his mother was Margaret de Abernethy. His paternal grandparents were Sir Alexander Stewart and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Sir Alexander de Abernethy and <Unknown>. He had a sister named Margaret. He was the older of the two children. He died due to Died of plague as Prisoner in Dumbarton Castle at the age of 31 in 1361 in Dumbarton Castle, Strathclyde, Scotland.1 General Notes
Thomas, 2nd Earl of Angus; captured Berwick 1355; Great Chamberlain of Scotland 1357/8; imprisoned for alleged complicity in the murder of David II's mistress Catherine Mortimer; married (papal dispensation date 3 June 1353) Margaret (married 2nd Sir John de St Clair of Herdmanston), daughter of Sir William de St Clair or Sinclair of Rosslyn, and died of the plague while captive in Dumbarton Castle 1361.
