Katherine Stafford 
Katherine was born in 1370.1 Katherine's father was Sir Hugh Stafford 3rd Baron, 2nd Earl of Stafford, KG and her mother was Philippa Beauchamp. Her maternal grandparents were Sir Thomas de Beauchamp and Lady Katherine de Mortimer. She had a brother and a sister, named Edmund and Margaret. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 49 on April 8th, 1419. She was buried in Suffolk, England.2 3 -
