Ellis Claire 'Red' was born on July 9th, 1921 in Quebeck, White Co, TN. Ellis Claire 'Red''s father was Ellis C. Sparkman and his mother was Mattie Keer. His paternal grandparents were George Bailas Sparkman and Louisa Collins. He had a brother named Thomas. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 86 on July 23rd, 2007 in Kingsport, Sullivan Co, TN. He was buried on July 26th, 2007 in Anderson Cemetery, Doyle, White Co, TN.General Notes
